The wireless network SSID is 'Best Western Guest'. A captive portal should appear asking for you to read and agree to the terms of service before clicking the 'Connect' button to gain access to the internet. If you have any issues connecting, showing the captive portal, or are unable to get a Apple TV, Xbox, Playstation, Roku or other connected, please contact the front desk for assistance.

If you have forgotten some toiletries, please contact the front desk. Available complimentary items include tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, combs, women's sanitary items, safety razors, shaving cream, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap.

Complimentary cribs (pack and play) are avaialble at the front desk upon request at a first come, first serve basis. Roll away beds are also available for a nominal fee of $15/night/bed on a first come, first serve basis. The amount of roll away beds may be limited dependent on room type booked.

• What to do if the Carbon Monoxide Alarm is Sounding or if you Experience ANY Symptoms of Carbon Monoxide Exposure?
  1. Never ignore a carbon monoxide alarm that is sounding.
  2. Immediately move outside to fresh air.
  3. Advise the Hotel Front Desk.
  4. Call 911, Emergency Services, or the Fire Department.
  5. Do a head count to check that all people in your party are accounted for.
  6. Do not reenter the premises until the emergency services responders have given you permission.

We do not allow pets of any sort including emotional support animals on the property. If staff finds evidence of a pet being inside the room, a $300 pet non-disclosure fee and deep clean fee will be applied to your folio. Service animals are welcome.

All of our rooms are non-smoking, along with all of our public areas. The only place anyone may smoke is at our designated smoking area in the parking lot Evidence of smoking, vaping, burning incense, candles, cooking, or similar may result in a $300 deep clean fee.
